Just letting everyone know I am taking pre orders for BBQ. Great way to feed a larger group, or vacuum seal for BBQ whenever you like. 4th of July orders are filling fast! Menu items are Brisket, Pork ribs, Beef ribs, Whole Boston butt (pulled pork), Pork belly burnt ends, Beef cheeks, whole beef tenderloin. Prices vary based on current market price at time of order. UPDATE: We are now offering vacuum sealed smaller portions for those that might want to try a bite but not committed to a whole cut of meat. Although not as good as fresh off the pit, it is still great bbq. If interested give me a call (903)985-4366. |
